This page explains how this site handles game accounts, browser data and optional ticket purchases.
Accounts and game data
Firebase Authentication handles username/password and Google sign-in. Username accounts use an internal identifier, not a recovery mailbox. Linking Google lets you sign in with that provider. Game progress, your nickname, friends, invitations and rankings are stored in this site’s databases in the United States. Public profiles and rankings are visible to signed-in players; saved games are restricted to their owner.
Browser storage and multiplayer
The browser keeps login state, a local copy of progress and settings. Guest progress is not saved. Room membership and connection signaling are stored temporarily in Firebase Realtime Database. Multiplayer establishes a connection between players’ browsers.
Purchases
Checkout is hosted by Subotiz. Our server sends your account identifier, order reference, selected pack and checkout language to link payment to your account. Subotiz processes the payment information you enter on its checkout; this game does not receive your full card details.
Order references, provider transaction references, payment status and purchased-ticket balances are held in this site’s Cloudflare-backed ledger to deliver items, prevent duplicate credits and review payment or refund issues. Deleting a game account does not automatically delete these order records. Contact [email protected] about payment records; consult Subotiz’s privacy notice at checkout.
Contacting us
If you email [email protected], your message and reply address are used to respond to your request. Send only the information relevant to your issue. Do not include a password or full card information.
Technical information
Hosting and network providers may process information required to deliver the site, such as the IP address and requested page.
Optional analytics
On the public site, Google Analytics 4 loads only after you choose Allow analytics. It uses cookies to measure page visits, game starts and endings, menu use and ticket-pack selections. No analytics requests are sent before that choice or in local previews. You can decline and keep playing, or change your choice using Privacy settings at any time without deleting game progress.
We remove URL query strings and fragments, and do not include account IDs, usernames, email addresses or order identifiers in our analytics events. Google may process device, browser and network information when its tag is enabled. Advertising consent and Google signals are disabled. See Google’s privacy policy.
Your choices
Use Delete account in the game to remove your account and associated game data. Clearing browser data removes the local copy and preferences; it does not delete a cloud account. Read Google’s privacy policy for its processing of authentication and service information. To ask about information you have sent by email, contact [email protected].
