Terms of service
These terms describe this PokéSurvivor fan edition and its optional ticket purchases.
One-time ticket purchases are available through Subotiz. A cloud account on this site is required.
The game and your account
Sign in with a username and password or Google to save progress in this site’s Firebase project. A browser copy helps you resume after a connection loss; check the save indicator before changing devices. Guest progress is not saved. This site has its own accounts and does not import another site’s progress. Keep passwords private.
Digital ticket packs
The purchase page lists 10 tickets for 9.90 USD and 100 tickets for 79.00 USD. These are optional one-time payments, with no subscription or automatic renewal. Review the total and any taxes at checkout.
Payment and delivery
Sign in to this site’s cloud account before purchasing. Payment takes place on a checkout hosted by Subotiz. After our server verifies the payment and credits your account, the order is marked complete. Returning from checkout alone does not confirm payment or delivery.
If delivery is pending or the amount, currency or tax needs review, keep your order reference and contact support. Do not pay again to resolve a pending order.
Ticket use
Tickets are digital summon items, have no cash value and do not guarantee a particular character. See the game for summon probabilities. Game tickets and purchased tickets have separate balances and pity counters. Duplicate rewards from purchased tickets stay in the purchased wallet and can be used for its upgrades; they do not add to ordinary game coins.
Refunds
For an unexpected charge, missing tickets or a refund request, contact [email protected] with your order reference. Requests are reviewed individually; this site has no automatic refund button. Contacting support does not itself approve or issue a refund, and no fixed processing time is promised.
A confirmed refund or payment dispute may pause use of the purchased-ticket wallet while it is reviewed. A provider refund does not automatically reverse tickets or unlock the wallet. Do not send passwords or full card details.
Use and availability
Do not misuse the site, interfere with other players or attempt unauthorized access. The game may change or be unavailable. No availability or response-time guarantee is offered here.
